A quarter-century at the operating table.
Dr. Munawar Nadeem is a Consultant General Surgeon and the founding surgeon of Munawar Surgical Hospital in Sialkot. Over 25 years he has built a practice grounded in careful diagnosis, honest counsel, and clean surgical technique — the qualities patients across Sialkot return for.
He completed his MBBS at Rawalpindi Medical College before earning his FCPS in Surgery from the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan. Early in his career he spent two years practising in Sri Lanka during the Tamil conflict — demanding years of trauma and emergency surgery that shaped the composure and decisiveness he brings to the operating table today.
His clinical interests span laparoscopic and open general surgery, breast disease, intestinal and thyroid surgery, laser proctology, and the surgical management of the diabetic foot. In 2022 he established Sialkot's first One-Stop Breast Clinic within the hospital.
Patients describe him as measured and approachable — a surgeon who takes the time to explain the problem before proposing the procedure.
